Felt very "back to the basics" which gave me a chance to see how far I've come! Feeling way stronger and more stable with basic lunges, squats etc

Loving this series so much. Really feeling the cheating your body when your mind checks out. Was thinking about- hmm be nice to go on vacation but then you said mind body connection! Whoa. Big difference there
