I can’t believe I did it! So satisfying to hit complete on the very last workout of the program. I stayed consistent and trusted the entire process. I’m stronger. I’m noticing changes in my body, and others are too. Forever thankful for this opportunity to get started. Best part, I totally overcame my gym anxiety. I could actually cry I feel so happy and proud.
