Today we introduce footwork concepts for finishing around the rim.

20 reps w/ each hand

Let the ball lift to hip level.

Punch Dribble

2 Dribble Cross

2 Dribble In & Out

2 Dribble In & Out Cross

Ball Handling Circuit

Make 10 each side

Balance on your inside foot. Land outside-inside.

Outside-Inside Finishing Breakdown

Start split - take one dribble and land on 2 feet - finish off of 2 feet

Skip to Power Finishes

Keep your hips down as your shot fake.

Get your eyes on the rim when you shot fake.

Skip to Shot Fake Power Finish

Finishing Circuit

Start at 8 feet

Use both hands for this form shooting drill.

Form Shooting - 8’

Make 5 balancing on each leg.

Take 2 dribbles as you balance on one leg. Focus on remaining balanced until the ball goes through the net.

It was really great. My arms had no strength to shoot the basketball today because of me working too long yesterday. I was really fatigue but I still managed to put the best that I could today.
