This week is mobility. Get that foam roller and digggggg. It may hurt. There may be some deep breaths when you find thaaaat spot. But it's so good for you. Rolling out your muscles helps you loosen the tissues, helps relieve pain, reduce inflammation and increase your joint flexibility. It's basically a deep tissue massage you do yourself. PRO TIP - If a foam roller is out of your price range, buy a lacrosse ball.
