Folks! If you manage to do the entire series of ab workouts without fail, then you're absolute beasts! Abs that can take a gruesome workout like this can deflect bullets. The Justice League is looking for a new Superman since Luis Lane kidnapped him for their year-round honeymoon

Felt weak again today. Couldn't pump out as many unassisted pushups today. Not sure whats going on. Kept going even though it was tough with a smile on my face ☺️
