I'm in so much pain rn. 😭✨️ At this point, I had to do the push ups on my knees since my upper body isn't strong enough yet- so I'm going to make it a goal to do complete push ups by the end of this Home Shred! 💪 But as for the workout, it was really challenging all the way through. Honestly, my body's kind of in shock rn! 😂 Plus, my legs were super worn out from yesterday, making today's workout twice as hard- but I loved the challenge! 💕
