Those push-ups got me shaking!! 😭πŸ’ͺ My arms are feeling like jelly atm, especially from being sore and tight from yesterday! But I feel like a powerhouse knowing that I completed this sweaty workout!! Super rewarding! ✨️

My workout was rough. Didn't eat enough so i was nauseous and had a headache which caused me to modify some exercises. Not by favourite but it's all about the journey.

That moment we experience that crashing realization that we did over 100 pushups in a single workout. I think we're on our way to becoming Marvel superheroes, or All Might if you're an anime fan ✌PLUS ULTRA!! Am I right?? πŸ’ͺ The T-push ups could be adjusted to be performed against on the knees, inclined surface, or the wall since the amount of pushups we do is pretty up there. I did them on my knees for the maximum amount of energy output. This workout kicked my ass and made me feel powerful! Leg emoji 🦡

Renegade rows are seriously killer! I read another comment saying that these workouts are definitely not beginner and it makes me realize just how much I’ve grown in the past 2 months of MK Fit! I can do intermediate workouts 🀩
