I always love the weight sections of these workouts! 😭πŸ’ͺ It makes me feel so strong and unstoppable! I've really missed working out like this. I've been on and off with my workouts, but I'm trying to fix that! Lord willing, I'll keep going and crush these workouts! πŸ’•

After this workout, my favorite exercise is Dead Bugs, but without raising my legs and arms up and down. 🀣 I love the callback to the exercises in the previous week because it shows me how much I've improved overtime. I'm so glad I started this program, and I'm looking forward to continuing this program and going further beyond.

Wow, today was killer! I went in strong and then once I got to the 4th circuit I slowed down so much! Strength is there, endurance not so much. Nevertheless, I made it to the end! πŸ”₯πŸ˜…
