Can I just say- Ouch. ππͺ
So- I'm trying to alternate my weights to work up my arm strength, but I don't think I thought this through, haha! For the weighted sections, I switched between 8lb weights and 15lb weights depending on the specific move! My arms are practically jelly at this point, but of course I feel wonderful now that I'm done! I'm so greatful for these workouts!! β¨οΈ
