Planks are so difficult- 🙃✨️ This one was definitely arm focused, and oh my, my poor arms are feeling it a lot!! Especially after the soreness that was already there from the last workout! But of course, once I completed this, I instantly felt so amazing and accomplished. 💕

If this workout doesn't kill your abs, then my attempts to make you laugh at my suffering will. You know the moments when a dog dives head first to the ground and continues to walk forward, tracking a scent? Well that's me after the workout, except I'm trying to sniff my way to the nearest protein shake. Now that this workout is toward the end of the agenda, the workouts become more and more doable. Thank you, Michelle, for bringing back these workouts to show us that we can complete them after all. I'm proud of everyone here for making it this far! 🦵
