My triceps are so dead after this workout πŸ₯΅ I have never been able to do 12 pushups. Ever!! Today I CRUSHED 4 rounds of 12 pushups. So proud of my progress with MKFit!! πŸ₯°β€οΈ

I always love a challenge, and today was definitely one!! My arms are in so much pain right now, but it's a good pain. Pain is weakness leaving the body, right? πŸ’ͺ✨️ And oh my- my arms practically gave out when I got to the final circuit with those up & down planks (I forget what they're called, haha)! I didn't realize how tired I was until that last section. I also love the length of these workouts, it took me a whole hour to finish this one, which I find pretty awesome! It's so interesting to see how far your body can go during a workout. πŸ’•
