How was it?? Well let's go for a nice walk and talk about how it was, Michelle! This is an amazing workout. I thought repetition was unnecessary, but as I learned more about bodybuilding, repeating exercises in one muscle groups is actually really important for muscle growth. Keep at it, everyone! Since you've made it this far, there's no stopping you now! πŸ’ͺ 🦡

Taking so much time to rest only made me weaker. I had to skip circuit 3 because my legs were shaking so bad! Whew, I am tired after this workout! Time for a healthy breakfast πŸ˜…πŸ”₯
