9 minutes on the clock (9 rounds total)
Single leg hip thrust L
Single leg hip thrust R
Both legs
Repeat.
Set the timer for 9 minutes
On the start of the first minute, do 10 reps, single leg hip thrust, on your left leg.
Whatever time you have left in that minute will be your best.
On the start of the next minute, go again. 10 reps but on your right leg. Then rest.
On the start of the next minute, do both legs 10 reps. Then rest.
You will repeat this for 9 minutes (9 rounds) total.
