- Stand holding a kettlebell in each hand in the racked position
- Step back and lower your back knee until both legs are bent to 90 degrees
- Step back up to the starting position and repeat with the opposite leg
- Alternating back and forth for time or reps

Double KB Reverse Lunges

- Pull your knee toward your chest while rotating your upper torso 
- Bring your opposite elbow to your knee 
- Repeat on the opposite side
- Focus on engaging your core
