Of the dozens of workouts I’ve done with you probably not my fave (sorry!) Just felt like my heart rate never got up and I missed the warmups from this one. But I feel like I will probably feel this in my thighs tomorrow and eat my words.

From a former ballerina, this was tough! I danced ballet for 15 years and have been out of practice for about 2-3 years now and that was tough but I loved it. Thanks Kerri!
