walked into the gym not knowing what i wanted to do and ended up coming up with this lil number!

i used a variety of equipment this day so if ya need a sub lemme know!

Start standing, walk hands out to a plank, then walk hands back to standing

Inchworms

Using a dumbbell, plate, kettlebell or any kind of resistance
Use core to drive your body upright
Glutes slightly squeezed to protect low back

Do reps on each side

Oblique Extensions

hinge at the hips
neutral spine
feel the stretch in those hammies n glutes

DB RDLs

Come up for standard bicep curl then rotate and come down for a reverse curl

Zottman Curls

keep elbows in and push through the triceps

can modify on knees!

Narrow Pushups

go a lil heavier on these!
hinge at hips and bring the weight up as you squeeze the lats
core tight!!

Bentover Rows

Leg Press

Laying with knees bent
Hand out in front of chest
Use triceps to bring bodyweight up

do reps for each side

Tricep Press

knees in line with toes
alternating legs that come forward
add weight for the first 2 sets, then do the last 2 sets without weight!

Walking Lunges
