Fitness was something I used to dread and avoid at all costs, but finding ways to celebrate my body through different kinds of movement has made it something I have integrated into my lifestyle in a sustainable way. I’ve lost 70 lbs through weight and functional training, but here you can also find all kinds of workouts! I love circuits, roller skating, weight training, and any kind of movement that promotes feeling strong and empowered. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology, as well as my personal training certification through AFAA. I teach group classes and have been training for the last 3 years, and am so excited to potentially get started training alongside you!
