Fitness was something I used to dread and avoid at all costs, but finding ways to celebrate my body through different kinds of movement has made it something I have integrated into my lifestyle in a sustainable way. I’ve lost 70 lbs through weight training, but here you can also find all kinds of workouts! I love circuits, roller skating, weight training, and any kind of movement that promotes feeling strong and empowered. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology, as well as my personal training certification through AFAA. I've taught group classes, personal trained, released some guides, and have been training for the last 5 years. I am so excited to get started training alongside you!
