Fitness was something I used to dread and avoid at all costs, but finding ways to celebrate my body through different kinds of movement has made it something I have integrated into my lifestyle in a sustainable way. I’ve lost 70 lbs through weight training, but here you can also find all kinds of workouts! I love circuits, roller skating, weight training, and any kind of movement that promotes feeling strong and empowered. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology, as well as my personal training certification through AFAA. I've taught group classes, personal trained, released some guides, and have been training for the last 5 years. I am so excited to get started training alongside you!

October of 2018 I decided that enough was enough and I wanted to make some changes in my life that could improve not only my physical health, but also my mental health. This was the start of my weight loss journey. Initially I started off slowly, attempting to make changes in my diet and going out for more daily walks. It wasn’t until that following year around January of 2019 I came across Kennedy’s workout page on Instagram. At the time, I remember she was promoting her first ever workout guide and at the time I felt as though I was finally ready to start going to the gym. I remember I saved up all my money so I could purchase her guide as a birthday present for myself. Using that guide, I was able to drop 30 lbs within roughly 6 months. I gained so much confidence in not only myself, but also my ability to navigate the gym. I eventually bought her second guide and I have been using her app as well. Whenever I’m in a gym rut, Kennedy and her guides are one of my favorites to return to in order to get right back on track.
