Description: Viral frozen protein yog cookies

These frozen “cookies” are the perfect little guilt free pick me up!

Prep time:10 min 
But have to freeze in the freezer for a few hours 


Ingredients:
-1 frozen mashed banana 
-1 cup yogurt of choice (Greek yog for higher protein or coconut yogurt if you have dairy sensitivities)
-1 scoop protein of choice (I used truvani bc it doesn’t hurt my tummy! Discount “KAYLA20)
-1 tbsp organic maple syrup or honey 
-30g dark chocolate 
-1 tbsp coconut oil 

How to:
-mash your banana in a mixing bowl
-add yogurt, protein powder, and honey to the bowl and mix 
-spoon dollaps onto a parchment paper lined plate 
-pop those into the freezer for 1-2 hours 
-melt chocolate and coconut oil, stirring every 20 seconds or so 
-dip each frozen greek yog cookie into the chocolate (or drizzle over if you want to save some calories) 
-pop back in the freezer for a few minutes to harden 
-let thaw 15 min before enjoying!
