Great workout! Me not so great, my upper body is just trash π«
But I got through most of it but that last 10 minute push upπ
I probably should do that daily because I failed on many π€¦πΎββοΈ
But overall Iβm still here and pushing and praying through ππΎπ₯΅ππΎ
