This has been amazing for improving my habitual restricted breathing and easing abdominal discomfort, which I didn't realize was due to the tension I was holding there. Also, I love the heart to heart about allowing ourselves to breathe properly and train ourselves out of that "suck it in" mentality that runs so deep in many of our subconscious minds. ❤️

Omg!! This was amazing!! I've been having so much pain in all my joints lately (4 months pp) especially in my knees they've been feeling really weak and almost spending backwards and can't put my full weight on them. So is a little worried to start this workout but it felt good

Dealing with a flare up from an old T8 injury. This was exactly what I needed to stay on track with the program while giving my body space to heal!

All I have is a lacrosse ball and it feels pretty intense… so I’m not sure I got much out of this one. Is it okay to just prop yourself up on a Pilates ball?
