This has been amazing for improving my habitual restricted breathing and easing abdominal discomfort, which I didn't realize was due to the tension I was holding there. Also, I love the heart to heart about allowing ourselves to breathe properly and train ourselves out of that "suck it in" mentality that runs so deep in many of our subconscious minds. ❤️

I decided to do this on a rest day from momcore. So happy I did! I feel so much more open. And Jessie, your talking about us being taught as little girls to suck in our stomachs is something I know personally. My mother actually told me to do that and I think it contributed to my pelvic floor disfunction long before having my children. Thank you for all that you do!

I aggravated an old thoracic injury & was having trouble taking deep breaths. This was exactly what I needed!! Keeping this exercise in my back pocket for flare ups!! Thank you Jesse!
