Second time I have completed program. Good stuff. Week of suggested weekly workouts and jumping into next program.

Did 2 x sprints in gym instead of runner. Then did extra round lower weight this time 1-10 with sprints in between. Finisher of farmers carry, offset carry and overhead carry each sled push all x 10 instead

Awesome 10 weeks, the change in my legs (long under worked) is remarkable. Would like a little more work on my arms but overall just a great plan! On to the next one! Looking at action hero 2! Thanks Jeremy!

Finished first program. Took 13 weeks due to life etc. Also took very early mornings, squeezing in workouts where I thought was impossible, and maybe mostly importantly, not over thinking a missed rep, set, or work out. Thanks for the program and motivation, JS and team. I'm better for it.
