I like this one because you can easily rewind and do the last set one or two more times if you want more 💪

Oh wow, this was so much fun! Loved being able to move around more quickly with the weights. Felt like I was hitting parts of my muscles that I haven't before. 10/10!!

Loving the longer length upper body blasts! Had a lot of fun in this one with the plank options. It was also interesting to change up how we did the reps in each set. Could definitely feel the reps hitting differently each time.

Thoroughly enjoyed the interspersed biceps curls! It allowed me to lift a little heavier. The bodyweight options were also fun, (prone T felt like it was hitting areas in my upper back that I usually don't)

Second time doing this one and it's crazy to see how much progress I've made in such a short time since the first time I did this. What a great mix up of weights, bands and bodyweight. I feel like epic goddess!

Another great upper body workout! Personally, I like the longer length upper body blasts, (at least 30 min). I try to get in a full hour workout each day, so 2 vids at half an hour each keeps it easy. As always, tons of value for time in this vid! Ty!
