I was apprehensive about the mobility portion (I skipped it last week, just wanting to lift heavy) but decided to give it a shot this week and I’m glad I did! Felt good for my body. Loved the core workouts as well. Also, I’m two weeks into this program and it’s the first time using the timer on here instead of my own iPhone app. Game changer!
