Returning to this as I forgot to to do it at the beginning. Where I am now is a perfect starting point and opportunity. Who I am now is more capable and strong enough to attain these goals. Who I am becoming is the most balanced, happy, healthy, strongest, humble and best version of me. Because I am worthy and deserve good things and health. 1. My biggest goal is to be consistent in all aspects of my life, health, fitness, nutrition, mental health, emotional, effort, integrity and lose body fat and gain lots of strength/muscle 2. Start small, a few times a week, giving myself grace when needed 3. Starting again reminding myself of my long term goals.

Everything you just said is all so true! The getting up in the morning thing I have been trying to do and that’s such a good idea to scale it back because I have not done it 5 days a week but I could 1-2 days a week.
