- Squat into toe touch: 10 reps each
- Jump rope hops: 30 reps 
- Burpees with push ups: 10 reps
- Jumping lunges: 10 reps each

Repeat 4 times.

- Standing with your feet shoulder width apart
- Sit your hips back and down into a squat
- Stand up, and kick one foot forward and up reaching the opposite hand toward your foot
- Repeat the movement kicking your opposite leg

Squat into Toe Touch

- Simulate a jump rope movement with an imaginary rope

Jump Rope Hops

- Stand shoulder width apart
- Place your hands on the floor in front of you
- Hop your feet back bringing your body to a high plank
- Complete a single push-up
- Hop your feet forward and rise to standing
- Jump up in the air and bring your hands over your head

Burpees with Push Up

- Plant both feet on the floor slightly further than shoulder-width apart
- Bend both knees at approximately 90 degrees into a lunge position 
- Propel your body upwards into the air
- In the air, extend both legs and reposition them so that you land in lunge position on the opposite side
- Continue alternating between sides, increasing speed as you feel comfortable

Please explain what superset is? Do you complete 1 round of each exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc., or do you complete one set of exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc.?
