- Punches to toes: 10 reps each
- Walk out push ups: 10 reps
- Jumping jacks: 20 reps
- Jump squat into lunges: 10 reps each

Repeat 4 times.

- Start in a crab crawl position, holding a light dinner in one hand
- Kick the opposite leg up and punch the dumbbell toward your foot
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Punches to Toes

- Begin with feet shoulder width apart
- Bend at the waist and walk hands out to a push up position
- Lower body down
- Press through your arms to rise back up
- Walk your hands back towards your feet and stand up

Walk Out Push Up

- Start by standing with your feet together 
- In one motion, jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head 
- Immediately reverse the motion by jumping back to the starting position 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Jumping Jacks

- Perform a jump squat into a jump lunge
- Alternating back and forth for time or reps

Please explain what superset is? Do you complete 1 round of each exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc., or do you complete one set of exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc.?
