Stacie

- In and out squats: 15 reps
- Shoulder push ups: 15 reps
- Burpees with push ups: 10 reps
- High knees: 10 reps each

Repeat 4 times.

- Perform jumping squats switching between narrow and wide stance each jump

In and Out Squats

- Start in pike position 
- Raise your hips as much as you can keeping your legs extended
- Lower your head towards the ground 
- Press yourself back up to the starting position

Shoulder Push Ups

- Stand shoulder width apart
- Place your hands on the floor in front of you
- Hop your feet back bringing your body to a high plank
- Complete a single push-up
- Hop your feet forward and rise to standing
- Jump up in the air and bring your hands over your head

Burpees with Push Up

- Run in place with high knees for time or reps
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Please explain what superset is? Do you complete 1 round of each exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc., or do you complete one set of exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc.?
