- Squat press: 15 reps
- Jump squat twists: 10 reps each
- Jumping jacks: 20 reps
- Reverse lunge into high kicks: 10 reps each

Repeat 4 times.

- Holding a dumbbell in each hand at your shoulders, lower into the bottom of a squat
- Stand back up 
- As you reach extension press the dumbbells overhead
- Lower the dumbbells back to your shoulders repeating the movement

Squat Press

- Push your hips back and down into a squat
- Explode/jump up from the bottom of the squat and twist to the side 
- Repeat twisting to the opposite side

Jump Squat Twists

- Start by standing with your feet together 
- In one motion, jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head 
- Immediately reverse the motion by jumping back to the starting position 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Jumping Jacks

- Keep your chest up, fingertips at your temples
- Step back and bring your knee down until both legs are at 90 degrees
- Stand up to starting lifting your knee forward and up 
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Please explain what superset is? Do you complete 1 round of each exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc., or do you complete one set of exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc.?
