Day 1 of fall HIIT challenge was the BEST thing to layer in after the daily burn. Having to coach myself that the workout wasn’t over until the HIIT portion was a great exercise!

Not what I was expecting as a workout app. Very difficult to navigate through the workout

- Jump squats: 10 reps
- Jumping lunges: 10 reps each
- Squat press: 15 reps
- Kettlebell swings: 15 reps

Repeat 4 times.

- Push your hips back and down into a squat
- Explode/jump up from the bottom of the squat 
- Use your arms for momentum
- Land softly, moving directly into the next rep

Jump Squats

- Plant both feet on the floor slightly further than shoulder-width apart
- Bend both knees at approximately 90 degrees into a lunge position 
- Propel your body upwards into the air
- In the air, extend both legs and reposition them so that you land in lunge position on the opposite side
- Continue alternating between sides, increasing speed as you feel comfortable

Jumping Lunges

- Holding a dumbbell in each hand at your shoulders, lower into the bottom of a squat
- Stand back up 
- As you reach extension press the dumbbells overhead
- Lower the dumbbells back to your shoulders repeating the movement

Squat Press

- Start with kettlebell on the ground in front of you
- With chest lifted and core engaged bend at the waist
- Lift KB off the ground allowing it to swing between your legs
- Drive your hips forward propelling KB forward and up
- Stopping just in front of the shoulders 
- Allow kettlebell to swing down and back between the legs
- Moving immediately into the next rep

Please explain what superset is? Do you complete 1 round of each exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc., or do you complete one set of exercise followed by burpees/ squat/ etc.?
