Did 1 hour on the treadmill. Did not have time for the core today but will do that tomorrow morning along with Day 1 of the new 6 week core challenge!!!! Yay!

Did a 3.3 mile walk outside with my puppy and then did the 15min Ballin Circuit in the Core program! Great way to start the week! 💜
