Set your timer for 20 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible!!!

Two progressions
If you are unable to jump because of joint pain or discomfort just step!

Squat touch/Squat jump touch

These can be done with a Kettle bell or a band. Either way the movement is completed the same. 
Snap through your hips and squeeze your glutes at the top!

Banded Swing or KB swings

Step up and over bench

Keep your spine neutral
Snap through your hips
Squeeze your glutes

KB Swing

You can use DB, KB or bands!

Keep your weight on your heels
And explode through your legs as you push up overhead

THRUSTER

Tuck your chin to your chest as you draw your belly button in and draw your rib cage down to your hips.

If this add discomfort to your back lay flat on the floor and complete movement with your legs. 

*only stay in a range that allows you to keep your spine neutral and no coning!!!

V-UP

•We can modify this to be easier by lowering your weight and going to your knees to complete the movement.
