Keep your lower back flat on the mat. Modification: place your hands under your hips.

Scissors

Make sure your hips come off the bench as you bring your knees in

Bench reverse crunch

Control the movement on the way down. For a modification: bring your legs up first then sit up to reach

V ups

Keep your hips down and in a straight line. For a modification you can drop down to your knees.

Plank

Side plank

Shoulders stacked over your wrist. Core tight. Keep your hips down.
