Was a nice flow! Had to do some modifications being 28 weeks pregnant but was super easy to make those modifications and follow along! Loved the flow and the self love

this felt soooo nice exactly what my body needed after traveling and being jet lagged. I loved all of the side bending and the fluid feeling of the flow.
