I think this is one of my favorite post leg day classes. It was just what I needed! More of these 20-30 minute recovery classes please! Especially for hips, side body and legs! I’m doing one of Stevi’s today (rest day) 💕💕

Oh boy. I am sore and stiff from lifting..i did this class at 7:30 am and it really make my body feel amazing! :) i always love how insightful you are in sharing this practice.
