- Standing straight holding onto a stationary object
- With feet hip width apart
- Swing one leg forward and backward in a single movement 
- Switch sides and repeat

Forward leg swings

- Stand tall and hold onto a stationary surface
- Raise one leg as far out to the side as possible 
- Allow your leg to swing back down crossing in front of your standing leg
- Repeating the movement for reps
- Work both sides

Yes!! This week I’ve realized it’s not about losing weight, it’s the strength built!! This strength training has helped me get back into jogging; my legs haven’t been tired at all from jogging! Growth!! ❤️

My booty is killing me from the second to last exercise lol. Went up to 30 lbs and I’m feeling it

I feel so much stronger already, I was able to up my weights to 20’s!

My legs are still killing me from last leg day. This was challenging!!
