Hold the kettlebell, bottom-up in the center of your chest. Keep your chest up high, do not arch your back. 
With the kettlebell in place proceed to squat down as low as possible, maintain an upright torso, and continue to look forward.
Drive through your heels to raise yourself back up.

Kettlebell Front Squat

Hold the dumbbells at shoulder height, core engaged and hips tucked under you (to prevent lower back strain and butt wink). With feet hip-width apart, maintain an upright position, chest high, and squat down until you're just around 90 degrees. Immediately press through the heels and stand while lowering your arms, bringing the dumbbells to the center of your stance. Alternate stepping out with right and left leg, perform a sumo stance squat, back to narrow, etc.

Yes!! This week I’ve realized it’s not about losing weight, it’s the strength built!! This strength training has helped me get back into jogging; my legs haven’t been tired at all from jogging! Growth!! ❤️

My booty is killing me from the second to last exercise lol. Went up to 30 lbs and I’m feeling it

I feel so much stronger already, I was able to up my weights to 20’s!
