TAKING DAY 1 PHOTOS:
• Front, back, left side, right side
• no selfies
• face must be in the photo 
• aim for good lighting and full body (using the timer feature on your phone is a great hack)
• Must hold something saying “#theayfitapp Summer Sweat + the date”

SUBMITTING PHOTOS: 
• submit your photos to me by sending them in the app using the message feature 
• deadline for photo submission is Thursday March 17th
