Warm Up

You can perform this lift on a regular flat bench with a barbell.

Dumbbell Chest Press

Place hands on a flat bench with both hands aligned with your shoulders and slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Keep a straight line from head to toe, abs tight, and knees straight.
- Gradually bring your chest to the bench, then press the bench away to return to your starting position.

Elevated Push Up

- Lying on a flat bench, with feet planted on the floor, hold two dumbbells toward the ceiling and slowly lower your arms toward the floor.
- Keeping your elbows soft, reach until your upper arm is even with your shoulder, then return to the starting position.
- Move through your shoulders and not through your elbows.

Dumbbell Chest Fly

Start with a dumbbell in each hand and your palms facing your torso. Keep your back straight with a slight bend in the knees and bend forward at the waist. Your torso should be almost parallel to the floor. Make sure to keep your head up. Your upper arms should be close to your torso and parallel to the floor. Your forearms should be pointed towards the floor as you hold the weights. There should be a 90-degree angle formed between your forearm and upper arm. This is your starting position.
Now, while keeping your upper arms stationary, exhale and use your triceps to lift the weights until the arm is fully extended. Focus on moving the forearm.
After a brief pause at the top contraction, inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
Repeat the movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions.

Tricep Kickbacks

- Start by sitting tall, holding a dumbbell behind your head with your hands under the inside base in a diamond shape.
- The entire movement should be performed only at the elbow. 
- Press the dumbbell toward the ceiling keeping your elbows close to your ears.
