This workout can be completed one exercise after another or in a circuit style training. Meaning one round of all movements back to back with no rest, then rest when the last exercise is completed.

Alexandra is the devil in disguise with amazing workouts that will have your body burning!!! You look at her videos to review them, thinking, no problem, I got this.
