10 (each) Bicycle Crunch Variation

12 Table Top Crunches

10 (each) side plank hip raise into
10 (each) bicycle crunch variation

- Keep your hand underneath your shoulder, and feet stacked on top of each other
- Press your hips toward the ceiling to make a straight line from head to toe
- Lower your hip to the floor and lift back up engaging your core

Side plank hip raises

- keeping your back flat, knees bent into a 90degree angle
- slowly extend one leg, simultaneously raise your shoulders off the ground and extend your arms towards the leg that is crunched in
- lower back down, and alternate legs like a bicycle pedal motion

Bicycle Crunch Variation

SUPERSET

3 ROUNDS

8 (each) Plank DB Pass Through
12 Table Top Crunches

- Begin in a push up position with a dumbbell place on one side of your body
- With the opposite hand pull the dumbbell through to the other side

Dumbbell Plank Pass Through

- While keeping you back flat on the ground, bring your legs up to 90 degrees, forming a table top
- roll your shoulder off the ground, with hands behind head in a crunching motion
- Lower your shoulders back down, and repeat
