10 dead bugs
10 (each) single side bicycle crunch
10 (each) plank shoulder taps

30 sec extended plank

- Lift your legs so your knees are directly over your hips
- Slowly lower one arm and extend opposite leg until they’re just above the floor
- Bring them back to the starting position 
- Repeat on the opposite side

Dead bug

- Pull your knee toward your chest while rotating your upper torso 
- Bring your opposite elbow to your knee 
- Repeat on the same side
- Focus on engaging your core

Single Side Bicycle Crunch

- Begin in a push up position
- Lift one arm off the ground and tap the opposite shoulder, repeat on other side
- the goal is to complete this with as little movement as possible

Plank Shoulder Taps

ABS / CORE CIRCUIT

- Start in a plank position
- Bring your hands forward with out letting your glutes dip down 
- Keep your core engaged

Extended Plank Hold

Liked the workout but don’t like the flow. Laying down, then up, then back on the mat. Up to down would be more fluid 🤷🏽‍♀️
