That was amazing!!! I absolutely loved this. I need my maternity belt during jumps and things like that but I absolutely loved how much this hit my lower body!

I did 3 sets of each exercise routine and holy crap was that ever a glute burner! If you really want to intensify it, I recommend doing 3 sets instead of 2!
