Love this! Cardio and legs together 🙌🏼 I didn’t have ankle weights so I used plates for the clamshells and dumbbells for the split squats/kick backs. It kicked my 37w pregnant butt 😅

That was a good one! I added in some intensity with squat jumps in the warm up, and added a hand and 25 lb weight during the hip thrusts 🔥 such a great leg/booty workout!
