Do what you can, when you can, to stay consistent. Short on time? Something is better than nothing.
When I have a busy day at work, a 15-ish minute circuit after the kids go down is my go-to option.

10 clean + press
20 reverse lunges (1 step = 1 lunge)
15 gorilla rows/side (R+ L =1)
