Wow was an amazing and creative spinal wave practice! This was so enjoyable to practice and the spinal waves made other postures such as puppy pose and downward down so much more accessible! Loved this class!!

Really enjoyed this class, was really nice to move the body and spine in different ways! Could really feel all the different parts of my spine moving and being isolated. Certianly made a huge difference to my wheel pose, felt like i had much more space in my lower back and no pinching. Definatly going to be adding this into my daily practise
