Really enjoyed this practise! I feel like I’ve really improved my strength in a lot of the poses and managed to get much lower in my middle splits at the end. Still need a lot more work on my seated wide leg fold, I find I’m really stiff and tight in my inner thigh muscles

Great hip mobility class. Pushed through physical tension and discovered my voice. Firstly through screams and by the last move I was singing long notes. Look forward to reconnecting with my singing voice. It’s been years since I have. First ever Tamara yoga class. Deeply grateful. Thank You

Amazing practice, just what I have been needing for my extremely tight hips! I can feel the strength building after my first practice of this class! I can’t wait to see the results of regular practice I already found a huge improvement on my wide legged seated forward fold which has been a struggle for me!

Really enjoyed getting a nice deep stretch into the hips. My inner thigh muscles have been really tight and I have been really struggling to loosen them. Looking forward to seeing my progress in a months time after adding this into my practise a couple of times a week
