Absolutely outstanding class! I have to say this is my new favourite full length practice! The areas of my body I have the biggest challenge with flexibility and strength are my hips and hamstrings. This class was perfect for my hips and I felt amazing vibrations in my hips following this class! Here comes the strength and flexibility gains woohoo!!

My hip mobility, and overall flexibility, is very poor, and my right hip has been achy the past couple of days, so I was looking for some hip focused yoga routines when I came across yours. I really loved this one - challenging, but I also feel fantastic afterwards! Certainly one I’ll come back to!
