Fabulous class I never realised just how much of my weight I was putting into my supporting hand/arm during poses very humbling experience when you use your core and go hands free. I shall be doing this very regularly now!

I wondered what this yoga session would be like, considering it is not “the usual ab exercises”. Although my mind is more for the usual, masculine exercises, I am able to look beyond these thoughts + appreciate this feminine ab work/more awareness in body 🤍
