Instruction: This workout is organized in one giant set. This means you will complete each movement before returning to the top for the next round. Each exercise is timed for 30 seconds, each round. The goal is to move quickly a complete as many reps as you can, within the 30 seconds before moving to the next movement. You have 14 minutes to get through as many rounds of the giant set as possible. Rest minimally and push your pace.

2. Bench Hops: 30 seconds
3. Bench Toe Taps: 30 seconds
4. Bench Step Downs: 30 seconds
5. Bench Toe Taps: 30 seconds
